Yes I haven’t posted in a long time.  Been busy and well pregnant.  But I had time to go to a very good friend’s wedding.  Here are my favorite shots I got.

Yes I know I haven’t posted anything in a long while.  I’ve been very busy.  Did another trip to Vietnam earlier this year.  And lots of stuff dealing with family.  I’ve taken tons of photos but just haven’t had the time to go through them all yet.  I’ll get around to it sometime.  Really I will!

New blog

I plan on creating a blog just for my photos of Vietnam. My last trip gave me more than this one can handle. It is a very beautiful country over there. Most of it may be poor but the life that’s there makes up for it. Most of my family over here will be joining us for our next trip. That won’t be until next year but for my Father and my family over there, that will be the first time they have seen each other since the war. Most of the others will get to see it for the first time. So this next trip will be a short one. Only about 10 days. This is mainly for my eldest sister and her daughter. We plan on going during my niece’s spring break. This way it will still be cool enough but plenty of fruit will be ripe to try. Most times we go for about 3 weeks. It takes at least 4 days for travel. And with jet lag that can be a damper on a short trip. Hopefully I’ll have a new Digital SLR camera before we go since my current one is now dead. I liked having a digital and a film camera on my last trip. Digital so they could see the images before we left, but also so I can take much more photos than I can with film. This lightens my load. I still love shooting with my Pentax K1000. But when you have weight limits on traveling it can be a bother.
